Campsite Reservations

  • Full payment is encouraged at the time of reservation and required within 30 days of your arrival.
  • Payment is required within 24 hours of establishing reservation. If payment is not received within 24 hours, reservation will be released.
  • Minimum reservation of 2 nights on weekends and 3 nights on noted Holiday weekends. One night reservations based on availability, otherwise permitted as “walk in”.

Check-In / Check-Out Policies

  • Campsite – Check-In: 3:00pm / Check-Out: 1:00pm (3:00pm on Sundays)
  • Cabins and Camper Rental – Check-In: 3:00pm / Check-Out: 11:00am
  • Early Check-In or Late Check-Out – If site is available, $5.00, 3 hour max or ½ day rate over 3 hours. Please call for availability.
  • After Hours Check In: Please call office prior to closing to arrange access, check-in box is located to the left of store door. *NO CHECK IN AFTER 11:00pm* Check-ins after 11:00pm must remain in outer lot till 8:00am.

Pets

  • No aggressive dogs
  • Controllable barking
  • Maximum 6′ leash
  • Must have valid shots (papers should be kept in camping unit)
  • Cannot be left unattended (on a leash w/o anyone in the immediate area)
  • Must clean up after pets and have means of clean up at all times
  • Dog can only be walked with a person capable of controlling of dog.

Pets in Rental Units: Pets are permitted in Primitive cabins only. $10 per dog, per day plus $100 cash security deposit: Limit 2 dogs max.

Cancellation Policy

Campsites & Golf Carts:

If notice is received:

  • More than 14 days prior to arrival – full refund less $10.00 Service Fee.
  • 7 – 14 days prior to arrival – payment will remain in account for a future reservation.
  • Less than 7 days prior to arrival – no refund / no money credited. No refund/credit for bad weather.

Rental Units & Monthly* Sites:

If notice is received:

  • More than 30 days prior to arrival – full refund less $10.00 Service Fee.
  • 14 – 30 days prior to arrival – one night deposit will remain in account for a future reservation.
  • Less than 14 days prior to arrival – no refund / no money credited.

No refunds for early departure.

*There is a $100.00 non-refundable deposit for all monthly sites.

Discounts

  • 10% Discount for Active Military and First Responders ID card must be presented, exclusions may apply.
  • Consecutive Weekend Discount: Reserve 2 or more consecutive weekends in the Spring or Fall seasons and leave your unit on site for FREE unplugged or $3.00 – $10.00 per day, plugged for refrigerator use only.
  • Weekly Special: Stay 6 nights get the 7th night FREE!
